Partnerships Toward Safer Communities Online (PTSC-Online) is an on line community which was developed by memci. It was sponsored by the Canadian Association of Fire Chiefs in mid 2010, received financial support to get started from Public Safety Canada and in its short period of operation has attracted over 260 members and over 6000 absolute unique viewers from over 260 Canadian communities.
